Victoria’s wealth of media experience includes 11 years working in London, during which time she was head of magazines at Express Newspapers and commercial head at Hachette Filipacchi. Victoria also worked on leading fashion titles Marie Claire, Elle, Cosmopolitan and Maxim, before moving to the Middle East to head up the commercial side of the Time Out group. She co-founded Hot Media in 2006.
In her formal role at Hot Media, Victoria develops strategic plans, formulates ideas for growth and wins new business.
In her informal role at Hot Media, Victoria advises team members on why the food they’re eating for lunch will significantly shorten their lifespan. They don’t listen.

A classically trained journalist who began his media career in the UK, writing for national magazine titles at BBC Magazines and Future Publishing. John’s subsequent 15-year career in the Middle East includes the role of senior editor at Time Out, where he was responsible for launching new publications across the region. He co-founded Hot Media in 2006.
In his formal role at Hot Media, John oversees the agency’s entire creative output, working with clients to deliver market-leading solutions across multiple channels.
In his informal role at Hot Media, John wages a daily battle to keep the office kitchen tidy and wonders why nobody seems able to use a bin these days.
